Celtic are on high alert after it has emerged this Monday morning, Milan have had positive tests for the virus just four days after playing Celtic.

Milan’s statement says the players in question are asymptomatic but are now isolating.

Celtic’s protocols and testing have been very good and they’re on top of their own players.

However, it is a concern positive tests have been found when our players have shared a pitch with Milan very recently.

The bhoys will continue to be tested throughout the week and before jetting off to France to play Lille.

After our international week disaster where three players tested positive and one extra had to isolate, the prospect of more call offs isn’t an enticing prospect for any supporter who want to see Celtic come through this sticky patch.

  1. Why The Hell are we playing these European/International games UEFA/FIFA are only endangering peoples lives for the sake of lining their own greedy pockets. People cant get to see their loved ones but these Money grabbing Corrupt scumbags are sending players all over the world to play a meaningless game of football

  2. What ever happened to the ‘No excuses’ credo, that Celtic battered around Paradise and the bog papers.
Pretty much the same as Neil Lennons cry of ‘This is not end, this is the beginning’. And I still stand behind that cry, as most supporters do. Changed days, now all Celtics washing has been aired in public.

‘Together we stand, divided we fall’ Sounds more like the new battle cry. So leave the anger for the pitch. And man up.
