CELTIC are set to make Hammarby player Mohanad Jeahze their first summer signing according to reports abroad and SunSport.
Celtic have been tracking the player for a while and there was a Hoops scout in attendance at a Hammarby game at the beginning of May.
The Bhoys now look set to make the 25-year-old their first summer signing and make Mohanad the club’s first ever Iraq international .
The left-back is set to complete the move pretty shortly meaning when the bhoys come back on the 27th June, he will go straight into training with his new team.
It shows incredible initiative on the part of Celtic to die up deals so early . It’s ironic in a way that Celtic finally do business very early for next season and we won’t have any Champions League qualifiers.
Usually the club is short a few vital players for the qualification process, catching us cold on several occasions.
Mohanad was born in Sweden but plays for Iraq as his parents are both from the country.
He will give much needed competition for places in the left back area of the park where Greg Taylor currently resides.
Like the little I’ve seen only just under 5′ 11″ so only problem with Greg Taylor is under 5′ 9″ gets Targeted in Spfl Starfelt and gt Team up.well against that
Great news now we have two at RB and two at LB we still need all the dead wood gone and whoever wants to move on, so we could do with a CH two holding midfielders and two attacking midfielders and a keeper..
