Hertha Berlin, Wolfsburg and Frankfurt are all reportedly interested in signing former Celtic loanee Mohamed Elyounoussi.
As reported by Norweigan outlet VG, the three clubs will try and tempt the winger to Germany but also state that his current side Southampton are willing to take another look at the 26-year old.
Over his two seasons in Scotland, Elyounoussi impressed for the most part, and his numbers don’t lie, having 38 goal contributions across 67 appearances for the Hoops.
Some fans have called for the club to try and attempt to bring the former Basel winger back to Glasgow for the third time but on a permanent basis.
After two loan spells, you would expect the Saints to at least take pre-season to have a longer look at Elyounoussi, who surprisingly rejoined the Hoops early last summer.
It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Elyounoussi. He is a talented player, and he has shown that at the majority of his previous clubs. So you would back him to do well, wherever he spends his time next season.
