MOUSSA DEMBELE has attracted the interest of Manchester United in recent days.

The Frenchman was brought to Celtic Park by Rodgers and was soon idolised by the support. The first Glasgow Derby in 2016 witnessed a hattrick from the Frenchman, laying down his mark on Scottish football. He scored many goals in green and white before leaving the club to return to his native land.

The striker earned a £20 million move to Lyon. He has had his fair share of ups and downs with the club, serving a period with Athletico Madrid on loan. The striker has been in top form this season, with clips of his goals circulating Social Media sites.

Now, the striker could be set to move to Ralf Rangnick’s Red Devils in the forthcoming months. The Mail report that Manchester United could pay a fee of £25 million for the player’s services.

Further to this, Celtic have a sell-on clause agreed with Lyon. If Moussa makes the switch this summer, the French club could owe Celtic between 10-15%. This means if United do spend £25 million on the player, the Parkhead club could be due anything up to £3.75 million. [Daily Record]
