FORMER Celtic striker Moussa Dembele who helped the club to two of the four trebles the club has won has taken to social media to applaud the feat after the bhoys beat Hearts on penalties.

In a cup final which had just about everything, Celtic showed their experience and mettle to get over the line and two big saves from novice goalkeeper Conor Hazard won the day.

Dembele has been gone for over two seasons but who could have imaged when he left Celtic would still have another two trebles in them. It’s remarkable!

Celtic had only won three trebles in their history before this run of four trebles.

We will never see it again and it deserves the applause and praise its getting. The achievement might not have been our easiest final and it was done under tremendous circumstances, we still managed to do it.

We hope this can be a catalyst for the bhoys.
