YOUSSOUF MULUMBU earned man of the match for Kilmarnock as the Celtic player put in a top performance against The Rangers in the William Hill Scottish Cup.

The game will now have to go to a replay after the Rugby Park stalemate where either side could have won it in the end.

Mulumbu is starting his second spell at Kilmarnock after leaving last summer where he eventually ended up at Celtic Park.

The midfielder was brought in to be cover for Scott Brown who has been suffering from an injury. Unfortunately for Youssouf, Celtic found a natural replacement for Brown in Callum McGregor who made the position his own meaning Mulumbu only made three appearances for the bhoys before heading back to Kilmarnock on loan.

He was a big game player for Kilmarnock against Steven Gerrard’s men and rightfully won the man of the match. He now has a date at Ibrox where he could inflict more pain.
