GRAEME MURTY is currently scrambling to find his players a bounce game ahead of their league game with Celtic on Sunday.

The Ibrox manager is trying anything and everything to give his team the best chance of a result after raising expectations.

Brendan Rodgers stated at the weekend that the pressure is all on the Ibrox men and it seems to have got to Murty who is not content with just training ahead of the tie.

“We are going to try and get a closed-door game so we can get some minutes into some people to make sure they are sharp enough to go and perform when called upon.

“Then, we can start to build towards Celtic towards the end of the week.”

Hardly a consortium of confidence we’re told is oozing from the marble staircase.

Celtic will be low key training while the circus around the game continues to ramp up. Rodgers will put his players through their paces at Lennoxtown and make sure they’re ready to go.

  1. Here’s an idea for ye murty, why don’t you get linfield to play you a game.
Before your new clubs first ever trip to Celtic Park, yous went to Belfast for a sectarian hatefest, out on the pitch with loyalist bandsmen, vile sectarian singing and not forgetting linfield letting your team score 7 for a much needed confidence boost
How did that work out for your dead team let me remind you murty
You’ll got humped 5-1 ya muppet
We’ll not be as lenient on Sunday
    Hail Hail
