KARAMOKO DEMBELE is a name Celtic fans know very well.

A young lad who is coming up through the ranks at Celtic who could be a very special talent.

Other than that, we don’t know a lot about the youngster. Celtic and his family have been very protective of the youngster as he makes waves playing in the youth system.

His clips have been shared over social media and the young man has gone viral on several occasions for what he can do with a ball at his feet.

The 15-year-old took part in an interview while taking on football freestyler Soufiane Touzani and he comes across very well as a person and explains why he keeps a low profile when it comes to social media.

A young lad with a head on his shoulders, not getting carried away by some of the hype surrounding him.

As a thirteen-year-old, Dembele took part in an under 20s game for the club and reaffirmed his commitment to Celtic last year by signing a youth contract.

Speaking at the time, Celtic’s head of youth development was delighted :

“We are delighted that Karamoko and his parents have decided to continue his development at Celtic.

“He is a talented young player and someone who will continue to receive the very best of care and support from everyone at the club, as he has for some time.

“Clearly there has been considerable publicity surrounding Karamoko, but our focus will be solely on Karamoko’s needs as a young player and we will commit ourselves, as we do with all our players, to giving him the very best opportunity to flourish in football and all other aspects of life.”

Celtic fans could see the player in the flesh at Celtic Park in the next few years – all going well.

  1. Not one mention of our great club or former players as like the World class! Jinky well he played in the cruyff era in an World famous ground breaking Celtic side.I hope I am wrong but this kid but
his head is already swelled “naymar”cause he met these guys on film shoots, can tell he has ltitle loyalty to us and most probably won’t play on our first team.As i say hope I am wrong but don’t get any impression he is grateful we looked after him nurtured him and looked after his family,it may be the editing but really now feel he is another furez sadly

    • Rubbish. The kid is enjoying himself. Of course he has heroes. He is only young and of course excited by everything. I’m happy to see the wee guy in Glasgow. I believe he will turn out for the hoops first team. Love his Glasgow accent.

  2. Found that hard to watch. No mention by him of Celtic and his feelings for the club. Also a player who would rather his team concedes a goal than he suffers a ‘meg has much to learn about the “big picture”. Hope the lad isn’t another Feruz as he’s been built up to be a real future star like Islam was and look how that ended up. Sadly money talks and if he’s as talented as he seems he’ll be gone long before we see him in our first team.
