Most Celtic fans will be in agreement there are not many positives to take from their 2-0 defeat to Hibernian on Sunday afternoon.

The Bhoys were woeful, shot shy, passing a shambles and their shape helped Hibernian on their way from the off.

However, some Celtic fans are taking one positive from the game and that’s young Mikey Johnston.

The midfielder came on and tried his best to make an impact, actually beating men and looking to tee up anyone who wanted to try and bare down on goal.

His pace and skill became a problem for Hibs late on and Celtic nearly got a breakthrough with Lewis Morgan just putting it wide with ten minutes to go.

Had Mikey been on the pitch longer, perhaps he could have made a bigger difference.

These Celtic fans are in agreement, Mikey is probably the only positive to come out of today’s game.

  1. Every one with some tatical nous could see Celtic getting a drubbing today. St Brendan and co should have changed it earlier. Like when Hibs started to make their way past the Celtic midfield and defence with else ( first minute mate). But such is life. Maybe Hamilton will do Kilarnock a favour.

  2. Absolute shocker today from the team, Sinclair, Ntcham, Edouard,Ajer, McGregor, all were poor today, where was Izzaguirre at the goals? Why didn’t Brendan change the tactics much earlier when it was plain to see we were getting the runaround with 3 at the back? Fair play to Hibs they wanted it much more than us today, we keep throwing a lifeline to the sevvies, major investment required in January or it will all end in tears.
