NEIL LENNON has finally addressed the Greg Taylor situation with the left back not playing a single minute of football for Celtic after his move from Kilmarnock.

The defender currently can’t make the bench leading many people to speculate if there was anything wrong with the player’s fitness.

However, Neil Lennon finally confirmed today Greg is ready to go but he’s been unwilling to drop Bolingoli while on form and Jonny Hayes being a utility man means the Irishman gets in ahead of Greg when it comes to the bench.

The Celtic boss was speaking ahead of the Aberdeen game on Sunday where Celtic have a tricky tie just 72 hours removed from the Lazio victory.

Neil knows he must use his full squad effectively and you have to imagine he will freshen up the side but isn’t sure when Greg will get his chance.

  1. I here people say … Bolingoli has turned the corner and any abuse is unjustified. Well to me he is not near that corner and reminds me of Tavernier. While he has settled in better than initially. His positioning and passing is poor on a number of occasions. Give Taylor a chance. Lets see what the boy can do. And yes Hayes is a utility man, but not a long term prospect. I believe when Greg Taylor does get a start he will be our number 1. Make it happen Neil.
