NEIL LENNON has addressed all the rumours surrounding the next full-time Celtic manager after he was asked if the names being linked with the full-time position were affecting him in any way.
The pragmatic Irishman knows how the game works and is focused on what he can do between now and the end of the season to make it impossible for the board to ignore him.
Neil stepped in when Brendan Rodgers slithered out of Celtic Park under the cover of darkness and has guided the club to the brink of their eighth title. However, there are many opinions on if he should get the gig full time this summer.
Reports and bookies odds fluctuation on a daily basis means the job Lenny currently occupies is subject to intense speculation but he’s taking it all in his stride.
Neil Lennon says he isn’t concerned by all the names being linked with the Celtic job: “You can’t stop it…it may be that’s the way the club want to go…they’ll make a decision…it’s important for them that going forward they’re happy with what they’re doing” pic.twitter.com/YxSZgHtmYO

It would be hard for the board to bring someone else in should Lennon deliver a treble this season under less than ideal circumstances. It’s all up in the air but the most important thing is the squad and getting the job done between now and the end of the season.
