NEIL LENNON has confirmed two players likely to be out when Celtic travel to Motherwell on Saturday.

Celtic fans haven’t been able to catch a breath since the game on Wednesday night in Romania when they took a very positive result from Cluj. The full-time whistle hadn’t even gone in that game when the fans were told Kieran Tierney was on his way to Arsenal to sign for the Gunners.

Since then, football has taken a back seat to the circus surrounding KTs departure. However, it’s back to footballing business on Saturday and Celtic have to keep the momentum going from their opener against St Johnstone where the Champions won a whopping 7-0.

Two men that will likely not make the trip are Mikey Johnston and Hatem Elhamed.

Both players have had a positive effect on the side so far this term but it looks like there will be no chances taken on their fitness against the Steelmen – Lennon confirmed to CelticTV.

“Hatem is a doubt for tomorrow . Mikey will just miss out but should be okay for Tuesday.”
