Neil Lennon has told the media he, Leigh Griffiths and Kris Boyd have draw a line under the recent spat between Boyd and the Celtic striker.

The hapless pundit saw red and tried to go in on Leigh after he had signalled a shush sign at the Sky Sports man at Rugby Park.

After the game, Boyd look visibly rattled and started to go in on Leigh, even hitting our with false facts about his appearances to try and put him down.

After that there was a lot of kick back from Celtic supporters and others in the game who pointed out Boyd’s comments were out of line. Boyd doubles down on his idiocy in the aftermath but Neil Lennon has personally spoke to Kris and has said the spat is over.

“I spoke to Kris last night, and I’ve spoken with Leigh,” he told the EveningTimes. “Everyone’s happy to draw a line under it and just move on now.”

Celtic take on St Johnstone on Wednesday night hoping to continue their winning SPFL run which started at Rugby Park earlier in January.
