NEIL LENNON has confirmed Celtic’s SECOND bid for John McGinn has been rejected and he will remain a Hibs player, for now.

The Irishman knows he will more than likely lose his best player this summer but the Hibs board are ensuring they get the biggest fee possible for their investment.

“We have rejected two bids from Celtic. Our club has a valuation of the player.‬ ‪I don’t know what that is but obviously Celtic have not met the valuation that Hibs want.”‬ declared the former Celtic boss.

Brendan Rodgers has been keen to get the Scottish midfielder into the club and has tasked the Celtic board with making it happen.

Will the board meet Hibs evaluation or will they tell Brendan to wait for McGinn’s contract to run down?

Should Celtic wait it out?

  1. Depends on Hibs evaluation.
Celtic can wait if the evaluation is ridiculous
Certainly McGinn is a good player and would be asset to the Club but not at any price
