NEIL LENNON seems to be expediting Karamoko Dembele’s inclusion to the first team with the Parkhead wonder kid taking part in first team training since coming back for preseason.

The young Celtic star trained with the players intermittently last season but it appears after an exciting second half debut against Hearts has catapulted the midfielder from the developmental side to the first team on a more permanent basis.

Karamoko joined the rest of his Celtic teammates on Monday and has been at Lennoxtown being put through his paces since. The 16-year-old could play a more important role in this year’s campaign by the looks of things.

Competition for the attacking midfield spots are tough and the youngster must be patient as well as show what he can do in training because there’s a lot of talent at Celtic’s disposal.

Arzani, Shved, Morgan, Sinclair, Forrest and potentially Oko-Flex.

If Celtic can get their backline sorted it could be a great season.

  1. Lennon’s only decisions will be who plays in the games.
Was it he who decided to release Lustig, after saying he would like to keep him
Was it he who decided he did not want his own backroom team?
This whole set up is already given cause for concern to many Tims, not Neil Lennon’s fault.
I await with bated breath the recruitment drive for europe
