NEIL LENNON has spoken after Celtic’s first Glasgow Derby win in more than two years. A record that the former Celtic man contributed to. He sat in the dugout as Celtic were played off the park multiple times last season.

In a season to forget, Celtic failed to beat the Rangers in five attempts, four times in the league and once in the cup.

Wednesday was a remarkable night. The team performed extremely well, showing their strength offensively, scoring three goof goals, and defensively, keeping a clean sheet.

Speaking on TalkSPORT on Friday, Neil Lennon claimed to know what Postecoglou was going through, must be a distant memory, before giving Giovanni Van Bronkhorst some advice.

“I knew exactly what Ange was going through on Wednesday night because it was an amazing first half performance. Psychologically the momentum is with Celtic at the minute. Gio will be sitting in a dark room for a couple of days scared to pop his head out.”

The Northern Irishman certainly sat in the dark a lot last season.

Postecoglou is in a great place at the moment. His team is flying, no thanks to the mess Lennon left behind. The Aussie manager already has one trophy under his belt and is pushing for three more.
