NEIL LENNON has made the admission that Boli Bolingoli has had a ‘bit of time out’ after the Glasgow Derby defeat at the end of December.
The left-back hasn’t kicked a ball for Celtic in 2020 and he’s been fit the entire time. Boli seems to have paid the price for the Glasgow Derby defeat and Greg Taylor has been reaping the rewards.
The Celtic manager has now said Boli will come back into contention again but must be patient because of Greg Taylor taking his chance.
?️ Neil Lennon: "Boli’s had a bit of time out and he’ll be back in contention for the squad. Greg’s played very well and, at the minute, he’s first in line to play. We’ve got competition in all positions."

Celtic have been playing a 3-5-2 and it could be interesting to see Boli in that wing back left role. At the same time, Celtic fans had been crying out for Taylor to get his chance and they’ll be happy if he can continue to show what he can do.
It’s great to have competition for places and Boli will be desperate to show what he can do when he does get a glimpse back in the team. That’s what you want.
