NEIL LENNON has revealed the one question he’s asked all of his players as they get set to open their domestic campaign against St Johnstone in Saturday.

Are you still hungry?

For some this is their first season, others are more seasoned and guys like Scott Brown have been here for a long time.

The Irishman made it clear to everyone in the dressing room they need to have that hunger to succeed and keep winning to get into his squad.

“We’ve asked the players, whether this is your first, fifth, eighth league campaign, have you got the hunger to go again? We’ve done that, and they have the hunger and they’re ready to go.” the Celtic manager confirmed to CelticTV.

It’s St Johnstone first before the games come thick and fast for the bhoys.

It will be Neil Lennon’s first domestic game back as the permanent manager of the club after going through an extended audition last term.

Celtic will be without new bhoy Christopher Jullien for their opener with the Frenchman suspended for the game with a suspension being carried over from his former club.
