CELTIC have moved their January fixture with Hibernian to make sure they can get away for five days and have a mini-training camp in the sun during the campaign.

With no winter break this year due to the heavy fixture schedule, the bhoys will get away and get some respite from the harsh January winter in Scotland.

The camp has always done well for the club but that was usually a two-week thing when there was a winter shutdown.

The Celtic manager believes it will do his players the world of good after the heavy December fixture list.

We’re unsure where it will be and maybe the club is too with restrictions dictating where they could go nearer the time.

“Yeah, we have a really heavy month coming up.” Lennon admitted to CelticTV.

“There are a lot of games and it will be good, again, for the players to get a change of scenery after that.

“But, yeah, we are looking to just go away for five or six days for a bit of winter training.

“It’s not a winter break, but hopefully we can get some benefit from that.”

Celtic need to make sure they’re focused from now until the end of the year. If they drop points anywhere in the league until the next Glasgow Derby then the challenge for their tenth consecutive title would look very shaky.

A lot can happen in a month, as we’ve seen from November. We must hope the manager can turn things around but that’s all it is at this point – hope.
