NEIL LENNON has told Celtic fans to expect new faces coming into Celtic Park as early as TODAY.

Speaking after watching his side make easy work of Hearts on Sunday afternoon the manager was asked where he was with any new signings and the response surprised is.

“We need players in two or three positions. Hopefully we can get some quality bodies in on Monday or Tuesday. If we do, I’d like to take them to Sweden with us to integrate them with the group if they have an opportunity to play next weekend.” Lennon told RecordSport.

While any new player wouldn’t be eligible for the game against AIK it would make sense to bring them along on the journey and train with their new team-mates instead of sitting idle in Glasgow.

No word as of yet if who Neil is hopeful of bringing into the club. The talk over the weekend has centred around a left back with Greg Taylor being singled out as someone who who could become a Celtic Player in the next day or two.

The window just has a week to run before it closes until January. Can Neil Lennon have a strong end to the window?
