NEIL LENNON was absolutely delighted to see Celtic come through with a win tonight and take a 2-0 victory to Sweden but he had more cause for celebration as during the game Fraser Forster was announced by the club.

The goalkeeper has rejoined the Hoops after five years on a season long deal from Southampton.

Speaking to CelticTV after the game Neil Lennon said:

“We were a goalkeeper down and the opportunity came to get Fraser back, I’m delighted to acquire his services. We’ve now got three outstanding keepers.”

Celtic have Scott Bain our injured at the minute but it’s anyone’s guess who will come out on top as the number one.

Fraser has pinched Victor Wanyama’s old Celtic 67 for his squad number this season and will be hoping to be as successful as he was last time he was a Celt.

It has been a good night for the support and now we move onto Sunday’s game against Hearts where Fraser could feature.

Celtic have the return leg against AIK next Thursday in Stockholm.

  1. Celtic got there tonight despite Lennon, who has’t a clue about tactics.
What has he got against Shved and Sinclair and wtf does he see in Morgan?
Once again Gordon was slow to distribute and get attacks going. His thoughts flow like treacle.
These latter two were passengers tonight and everyone else played well under punishing circumstances.
