John Hartson has told his social media followers the game a not been postponed next week but we’re still waiting to hear official word from the SFA and Premier Sports.

The game is still scheduled to go ahead on Saturday at 4pm. However, the Royal Family will lay Prince Philip to rest on 3pm that day prompting English leagues to say they would not play during that time frame.

The SFA issued a communication about talks over changing the Saturday games to another day, postponing fixtures.

Given we’re on a tight schedule it would not be in our best interests to postpone the game up here.

John Hartson is claiming the game is 4pm next Saturday at this moment in time and by the sounds of it he will be a pundit on the day.

It would be the correct call to put on the game when it was originally scheduled.

  1. Never actually knew that the Queen or extended family were a sevco supporters. I know she has a country house up here. But even the poorest fan of the Glasgow Derby has a rewind of the game. And they can follow it on their phones live. And they can wave their sashes in discust when The Timmies win.

As Shankley said ‘ A matter of life and death, football is bigger than that’.
