LIAM BURT rejoined Celtic this summer after being let go in his youth and then signing for Glasgow rivals Rangers.

The player came through the Murray Park system but cut ties with the Ibrox club back in May. This left the door open for the player to make a return to Celtic in an unexpected fashion. The midfielder winning a two-year contract after playing in a bounce game for the bhoys.

Shortly after Liam arrived as a Celtic player it became clear he had been a Celtic supporter all his days but just couldn’t be vocal about it for obvious reasons. Now he’s back in the hoops the player is certainly making up for lost time and is bordering on trolling his old club with some of his social media posts.

The best one yet is we just noticed the player changed his Twitter header and it’s a belter and no doubt inspired by recent events at Ibrox.

The day Artur Boruc grabbed a champions flag at Ibrox and ran all the length of the pitch to wind up Gers supporters.

I wonder if Liam put this up after the former Celtic goalkeeper made a trip to Ibrox this season.

Liam seems to appreciate this kind of banter.
