Another day with yet more rumours of Kieran Tierney’s Celtic departure.
While Celtic fans hold their breath and debate the pros and cons of the player leaving the club – a noteworthy development has come to light.
It would appear Everton are on the brink of landing a left-sided centre back who can also play left back from Rennes.
According to reports down south and in France, Everton look set to seal a £13million move for the 23-year-old.

If this deal goes through it could well put an end to the constant Tierney speculation with the club covering that position.
Reports yesterday claimed Kieran Tierney has been offered 80kplus per week wages to sign for the Goodison Park side.
It remains to be seen at this point what’s real and what isn’t.

I fully understand that money,MAY,i say MAY,eventually become a factor in K.T’S decision in staying or leaving his beloved club,no supporter would have any beef if the kid wanted to multiply his wages and set himself up financially for life.But ask yourself this,how many of you out there would want to play for the club you love and be handsomely paid for it?Let’s face it Celtic could easily afford to pay him at least £40/£60k,the worry is if Celtic want to cash in on a huge transfer fee?No disrespect to Everton,but KT is not VVD,Forster,Wanyama,etc,etc.If he leaves,it will be to a top four EPL side,or to a big European one.

I think the reason the board might want to punt KT now is because they had counted on a megabucks deal for Dembele who might have decided to play out the last year of his contract and go for free.
