Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn picked up from where he left off after the international break, scoring yet another cracker as the Hoops thrashed Hearts 4-1 at Tynecastle on Saturday night.
After a sub-par first-half performance, the Scottish Premiership champions soon wiped away their rust and romped to a dominant victory in the second.

Kyogo Furuhashi opened the scoring in the 55th minute, and by the hour mark, Kuhn had doubled the visitors’ advantage.
The German was lethal on the counter-attack. Linking up with the electric Daizen Maeda, Kuhn played a few one-twos with his fellow winger before rattling into the top left corner when it almost looked impossible. A helpless Craig Gordon had no chance.
Kuhn took to Instagram yesterday afternoon. He kept it cool, sharing a few snaps from the win over the Jambos and simply penning ‘We keep going’:
The 24-year-old’s form this season has been nothing short of electric; Kuhn now has 11 goals and as many assists in all competitions for Celtic in 2024/25.
Hearing German national team manager Julian Nagelsmann namecheck him over the international break was unsurprising. Perhaps if he maintains his performance levels over Celtic’s ‘ultramarathon’, his international dream could be discovered in March.
Until then, though, Kuhn must continue to score goals and assist for his side as Rodgers and Co. look to progress on all fronts.
