Celtic take on St. Mirren this Saturday in the Scottish Premiership as Ange Postecoglou looks to get his side back to winning ways.

Last weekend at Ibrox, the Bhoys were not up to their usual high standard thus in the third game back after the split, they need to put in a performance that pleases the support.

In terms of team selection, Postecoglou will have a number of dilemmas after his rotation last Saturday.

For this Saturday, however, he is my starting lineup prediction.

Joe Hart will begin in goal and Anthony Ralston will continue at right back. Ange has no other choice than to continue with Carl Starfelt and Yuki Kobayashi at central defence although I believe Greg Taylor will come back in at left full-back ahead of Alexandro Bernabei.

In the engine room, it is impossible to drop Callum McGregor and because he was arguably Celtic’s foremost asset last week, Matt O’Riley will begin too.

The other midfield spot is up for grabs, though. It is a dilemma between Reo Hatate and Tomoki Iwata and I think Postecoglou will go with the former and then rotate around versus Hibs midweek.

Up top, Daizen Maeda will return out wide as will Kyogo through the middle. The final spot in the frontline could go to either Jota or Liel Abada and I believe it will be the Israeli who makes the grade.

On the bench, we will see names like Tomoki Iwata and James Forrest. Also, it would be encouraging to see players like Rocco Vata and Ben Summers get minutes.

To conclude, here is my starting eleven predictions for this weekend’s match:

Hart, Ralston, Starfelt, Kobayashi, Taylor, McGregor, Hatate, O’Riley, Maeda, Abada, Kyogo
