CELTIC said goodbye to Scott Sinclair this week as the winger headed off to Preston in search of first team football.

The supporters have all wished Scotty the very best for the future after he ended his three and a half year stay at the football club.

Preston have got themselves a top player in the Englishman but when it comes to their manager – it appears he’s not got a clue what Scott’s been up to this whole time in Scotland.

Alex Neil – the former HAMILTON manager was discussing bringing Scott Sinclair in, with one journalist asking about the trophy haul he helped win at Celtic, saying it was rather impressive.

Neil responded to the question by praising the player but then mentioning Scotty helped win some of the ten trophies at Celtic without an Ibrox club in the league.

Since Scott Sinclair signed for Celtic, there has been a club playing out of Ibrox in the SPFL who have been vying for the league and every cup competition Celtic have won. To even say that if it were true would have been bogus but to show you’re as uneducated as your typical ignorant English fan having come from Scotland is very poor.

  1. Can anyone tell my why we should give one single, solitary fuck what Alex Neil says, for better or for worse ? He was asked questions,he answered them…done.
If he or anyone else wants to talk the game ,and/or our achievements,up or down, then it’s beyond our control and should be ignored as completely irrelevant. Neil is not even a rival manager ffs.
Actually the article just reads like typical winter-break drivel…sorry writer, but it’s awful, and smacks of someone looking for something to rail against.
