Rob Bairner has delivered a damning verdict on Olivier Ntcham after the Celtic loan star only managed 45 minutes before being subbed off against Lille on Wednesday night.
A big deal was made of Ntcham starting the game against the league leaders for loan club Marseille after only making two appearances from the bench since the end of January.
Lille managed a 2-0 win but that was only with a 90th minute goal followed by a quick second in injury time.
Olivier came in under much controversy at the end of the January window when Andres Vilas Boas billed it as the final straw between himself and the Marseille board because he never wanted to sign the player.
Top journo Robin Bairner told his social media following the deal that brought Ntcham to France from Celtic looks like it was never worth losing the manager over.

Celtic fans are still waiting to find out if Marseille must take up the option to buy Ntcham in the summer or if he can be sent back to Glasgow. Right now, it’s not looking good for the Hoops midfielder.
