CELTIC will do battle with Milan on Thursday night but they won’t be able to call upon Odsonne Edouard who is still out after contracting COVID-19.
The Frenchman’s isolation period finished last Friday and he’s been back in Scotland since.
At the time he was given the diagnosis he made the admission he was fine, suggesting he had no symptoms. But speaking to Alison Conroy today, Neil Lennon told her the striker wasn’t available and he’s going for tests and following protocol.
Odsonne Edouard still out for Celtic’s Europa League group opener v AC Milan. Going through protocols & testing, unclear if he’ll be back for the weekend. Ryan Christie back in the squad for tomorrow night.

We can only surmise the striker hasn’t been cleared to train with the rest of his team-mates. Could he still be testing positive?
It’s great news we can call on Ryan Christie again who will be a strong contender to start the game against Milan.
Celtic will need a big performance and it will be interesting to see who gets the nod up front with Eddy still out.
