CELTIC breezed past Aberdeen on Sunday in the Scottish Cup semi-final with a 3-0 win.

Goals from James Forrest, Odsonne Edouard and Tom Rogic was more than enough to see off the Dons who came to play a sport other than football.

Negative tactics designed to physically dominate Celtic were brushed off by the rampant Celtic side who got to grips with the game early on.

Dominical Ball was sent off for a second bookable offence for a very late and sickening head clash with Ryan Christie which has left the player with a fractured cheekbone. Lewis Ferguson would also see red in the second half because of a reckless and shocking two-footed lunge on Tom Rogic who would respond to the tackle by putting the ball in the back of the net shortly after.

Jozo Simunovic and Jonny Hayes were the two surprises of the day with many unhappy with their inclusion in the starting XI before kick off. On another day Jozo could have had a hat-trick but he settled for pocketing Sam Cosgrove.

Here are the extended highlights of the game.
