BRENDAN RODGERS has gave Celtic fans a major injury update in the aftermath of their thumping 5-0 win against St Johnstone.
The Bhoys were in scintillating form as they picked apart their familiar foe. A hat-trick from Scotty Sinclair with Browns wonder goal and Forrest’s cool finish the game ended in a whopping victory for Celtic.
Burke was unplayable, his pace destroyed the St Johnstone backline and Sinclair’s second of the afternoon was all down to the on-loan attacker.
Oli went off after a challenge made on him towards the end of the game as he limped up the tunnel there was cause for concern. Brendan has given us an update as well as confirming Jozo falling ill during the game.
There were rumours of Ntcham suffering from illness too but the manager cleared that up.
Ntcham was removed from the matchday squad pretty late in the day after initially making the bench.
?️BR: "Ollie Burke took a knock to his ankle, but we’re hoping he’ll be okay. He was absolutely fantastic today. Ntcham had a tightness in his hamstring, which he felt before the game. Jozo was feeling ill at half-time, but Kris comes in and does a great job."
