Celtic are monitoring Oli burke’s situation at West Brom, going into the January transfer window RecordSport reports.

The right winger is set to be loaned out by the club in January to help him get some much needed first team football and according to the reports, Celtic are weighing up their options.

Burke moved from Leipzig to West Brom back in 2017 for a fee believed to be around £15million.

Since then the midfielder has only managed 21 games for the Championship club and is now looking to show what he can do.

The Kirkcaldy born footballer will know a loan move to Celtic would enhance his international prospects as well as give him a chance to win silverware.

The prospect of a glamour tie at the Mastella will also be a positive for any player weighing up a move to Celtic in the coming weeks.

Celtic are in the market for attackers and defenders mostly but would certainly welcome a young talent like Oli in should the stars align.
