On-loan Celtic striker Vakoun Bayo has not made the Toulouse squad for Tuesday night’s cup tie against GFA.
The frontman is usually in the matchday squad so it was peculiar not to see him there.
It has transpired there has been a positive case in the Toulouse camp who is now having to isolate. There’s thought to be players who were around the positive case who will have to do the same.
With no official confirmation surrounding who the positive case is or who is isolating, it’s a safe bet Vakoun is among them.

Bayo has been nicknamed ‘The Helictoper’ by the club and has had a steady season in France with his loan club.
It would be naive to think Bayo has much of a future at Celtic when he returns but there is an outside chance if the new man in charge sees value in keeping the striker around.
Vakoun was Brendan Rodgers last signing before leaving the club on the recommendation of Kolo Toure – it’s just not worked out at all.
