One year ago today, Rome was conquered as Neil Lennon and his Celtic side went to Italy and came away with yet another late 2-1 victory over Lazio as Oliver Ntcham scored an iconic dink, which secured Celtic’s last 32 Europa League status and an iconic away victory.

For many fans, it wasn’t just the moment of the season but the moment of the last few years. If you ever talk to people who were actually there, most will probably describe it as one of the best they have been too.

That night really was a special one that will live on the memories of any Celtic fans for years and years to come.

To go to Italy and get a win, against a top Lazio side, who were doing extremely well in the Serie A at that time really was an incredible achievement.

A year on though, we all know how the campaign ended and how the new one is currently going. So seeing these games back really does make you think about what could have been and how we are in the position we are in at the moment.
