It feels like we said this just a month ago, but the November international break comes at a good time for Ange Postecoglou and his squad.

Despite the slight similarities, we look like we will be going into this international break on much better form in comparison to the last one, which was off the back of a 2-1 victory away to Aberdeen.

This last month has felt like a real turning point for the squad, with victories over the likes of Motherwell, Hibernian and Ferencvaros twice – three of those games coming away from home.

The only disappointment so far, of course, coming in last weekend’s draw at home against Livingston and Ange will be looking to round the month off strongly with a win at Dens Park this Sunday.

However, the break does come at a good time once again, giving key players time to return from slight injury issues.

Currently, both Tom Rogic and Carl Starfelt are out with hamstring knocks, and we saw more potential injury issues to Nir Bitton and Stephen Welsh last night.

But, most of the squad will have time to recover in the next few weeks, whilst some go out and feature for their international sides.

This also comes ahead of our usual busy festive period, in the run into the winter break. So we will need all players back fit and firing headed into a crucial run of games across several competitions.

First and foremost, for the squad, though, pick up another three points on Sunday.
