BRENDAN RODGERS has reiterated Celtic MUST strengthen in January and the loss against Hibs didn’t tell him anything he didn’t know already.
Celtic looked terrible as a makeshift squad were overpowered by a hungry Hibs side who had their own problems coming into the game.
Rodgers has spoken the last week about the need for new faces and he made sure that point was not lost on Monday as Celtic look to see out the remainder of their 2018 calendar with what they already have
? BR: “We’re very clear within the club as to what we need to do. That’s to strengthen. Yesterday’s result didn’t tell us anything we didn’t already know.”

Rodgers seems very passionate about the upcoming transfer window. The club simply cannot afford to have another indifferent recruitment drive.
With Valencia looming in February and the bhoys shocking away form, they must look to bring in players who will give the team a real lift.
Next up for Celtic is Motherwell at home, quickly followed by Dundee at Parkhead. Then away games to Aberdeen and Ibrox await before the winter break.
Every one can talk about new players but we have to much dead wood players as it stands get them out and only buy players that can play football and that you are going use week in week out so any week we need use only 14 players so all of them can get game Max first team players is 22 we got players taking good wages for doing nothing…
