PATRICK ROBERTS is reportedly weighing up his future beyond next summer when his Girona deal ends.

According to SunSport, the former Celtic star is looking at his next move at the end of this season when his Manchester City contract will only have one more year to run.

Patrick has started getting game time in Spain, starting Girona’s last three games and being one of the best players on the park during their recent win against Espanyol.

Could the player make a permanent move there in the summer?

If Patrick Roberts is available you can be sure Celtic’s name will be mentioned at some point.

The Celtic manager and the player himself have never ruled out a reunion in Glasgow further down the line.

However, it’s somewhat fitting that Robbie Keane retired yesterday – a man constantly linked with a move to Celtic – before and after his 4 month stint with the club.

Until Paddy retires he’s likely going to take the torch from Robbie in that respect.
