The Polish under-21 international will undergo a Celtic medical today before he puts pen to paper on a four and a half year deal with the Scottish Champions.
Mail Sport have reported Celtic are paying £3.5m to Jagiellonia Białystok for Patryk.
Celtic and Neil Lennon have been on the hunt for a striker and have been looking at their options for some time. The bhoys had been linked with a plethora of talent but it emerged over the weekend they had put a firm interest in bringing Patryk to the club and things have gone very fast since then.
All going well, Patryk will be unveiled as a Celtic player later on Monday – bringing an end to their striker chase.
Nicky Hammond has likely done a lot of the leg work for this move and his track record so far has been good.
