To end a ‘Mental Health: Week of Action’, the North Curve had 30,000 leaflets and a tifo to encourage fans to speak up and eliminate mental health stigma.

The tifo was designed by members of the North Curve and was designed to show different types of mental health. Every other seat had a leaflet to educate supporters on mental health and point to helplines if they are required.

It was a unique banner, granted, but very touching and will be helpful to many in the stadium today. Importantly, it got people talking about mental health.

Mental health affects us all, and one in four experience mental health issues each year. An example used by the North Curve on Twitter this week is the equivalent of 15,000 matchday fans, the entire Lisbon Lions stand.

The Celtic manager backs the campaign; he was photoed with one of the leaflets earlier in the week.

After a very challenging couple of years, we’ve all experienced problems, but it’s about how we cope and seek help if needed.

You’ll never walk alone.
