Greater Glasgow Police have tonight put out an appeal to find the person or people responsible for throwing a glass bottle onto the pitch.

The start of the second half was delayed when Joe Hart made it clear the box had to be thoroughly cleaned up with shattered pieces of glass in and around his six-yard box.

It was a ridiculous moment and embarrassing for The Rangers to have this happen on their watch.

Greater Glasgow Police are appealing for witnesses but will they have many willing to shop their fellow supporters?

We’re very keen to find out what’s happening with the assault on a Celtic staff physio who needed stitches during halftime for another bottle that was thrown.

We received this image of the Celtic physio after his wound had been tidied up.

On Monday, Greater Glasgow put out an appeal for several incidents during the game.

We’re curious to know why they’re only appealing for witnesses in the incident that took place at Joe Hart’s goals.

It was a sad day for Scottish football to see our showpiece game be dragged through the mud by certain elements of the Ibrox support. From banners point scoring on child abuse, to attempted pitch invasions and missiles being thrown on at least three occasions.

  1. Was the CCTV hired by the Oldco? Was it taken away at the liquidation and never replaced by Chuckles Green?
This is the wilfully blind asking the wilfully blind if they saw a crime they’d think wasn’t a crime being committed.
I wonder how successful their “thorough investigation” will be…?
