ANGE POSTECOGLOU believes his players can handle the pressure and get the league won, suing form to back up his claim.

After a tricky start under the Aussie manager, Celtic turned a corner and now sits at the top of the league. The form has been sensational. The last time Celtic lost a league game was in September.

The media are trying to apply the pressure on Ange and his team as the end of the season approaches. Celtic are in the driving seat for the league. To gift the league to their rivals, they would need to lose two games and draw another; this doesn’t look likely. Postecoglou backed his players to get the job done, saying; [The Sun]

“Can the players handle the pressure? Until you go through it, you never really know. But at the same time, after round six of this season, we’d lost three games. That meant for the next 32 games, we could probably only lose one more. That’s pressure the players have had to deal with every single week.”

The manager has complete confidence in his players. Hopefully, they can reflect this on the pitch.

The players have been under pressure all season, and they’ve dealt with it well and shown resilience to pull themselves up to the top of the table.
