ANGE POSTECOGLOU has had to remind journalists who they are quizzing, again. He is getting fed up with the questions being posed to him, but fans love his responses.

On Wednesday, Potecoglou used his infamous phrase after asking if he would ‘tinker’ with his squad and change his approach to the game since it’s a European game.

In response, Postecoglou gave the reporter that look and said; [Celtic TV]

No, I’m not the tinkering type mate. You know, I think people have seen our approach, they’ve seen our approach in Europe already, we’ve played some pretty good teams.

Leverkusen, where are they? Third in the Bundesliga? Betis is third in Spain. People saw the approach that we took against them, our goal is to be a team that plays this football against all opposition.

The question was silly; Ange has already managed a complete European group stage at a higher level with top teams playing Celtic. Why would he change now?

The squad is in a terrific place at the moment. Making changes will only jeopardise the form the side are in.

Celtic are full of confidence heading into the tie, knowing that they are the team with the advantage. Halfway through their season, the Celtic squad know they are match fit, whereas Bodo/Glimt have just finished their pre-season preparations.

Of course, there is no away goal rule. Hopefully, this will add some excitement to the games, with teams knowing they can not just play for the clean sheet.

Every press conference, I find myself wondering when Ange will have a moment like he had with Craig Foster. I’m surprised we’re still waiting.
