CELTIC travel to Alloa on Saturday as the team looks to lift another cup in Postecoglou’s first season at the helm having already lifted the Premier Sports Cup. Celtic will look to rotate the squad while giving respect to the league 1 side.
The squad is the same as it was for Hibernian last Monday, with no injuries picked up and everyone recovering well.
Postecoglou didn’t mention any players coming back. Speaking to Celtic TV the manager said;
“We got through that really well in terms of all the boys presented well after the game. The whole training group has been training since then.
“There’s still a couple though – (Albian) Ajeti’s still out and there’s a couple longer-term, and Kyogo obviously, but everyone else is available.”
It will be interesting to see what approach the manager takes on Saturday with Barry Ferguson has admitted he is looking to cause an upset and knock out the team two divisions above his.
It is thought there will be a lot of rotation and star players will not be risked on the plastic pitch. Interestingly, Jullien has hinted he may be involved in the match.
