Ange Postecoglou has delivered two very positive updates ahead of the Glasgow Derby on Wednesday evening.

Daizen Maeda has NOT been ruled out of the game and could find himself on the bench if he travels well in the next 24 hours. Daizen played the last 25 minutes for Japan as they beat Saudis Arabia,

The other massive piece of news is Callum McGregor trained on Tuesday ahead of the derby and Celtic boss won’t rule him in or out at this stage.

If Callum thinks he’s good to go, there’s certainly a big chance he starts against The Rangers.

There was some bad news from the press conference courtesy of Celtic TV.

Kyogo is still weeks away from a return and won’t feature in the game. Tom Rogic is expected to play a full 90 minutes with Australia on Tuesday and has been ruled out of contention.

It’s certainly going to be interesting. Will wee Giakoumakis start again or will we see Abada potentially lead the line with Jota and Forrest either side.
