The Hoops were completely dominating proceedings today for their trip to Tannadice against Dundee United. First-half goals from Rogic and Turnbull gave the Bhoys a comfortable 2-0 lead.

The only thing that was missing from the first half was a four or five-goal lead.

Although when the team came out of the tunnel for the second half there was one notable absentee. James Forrest has had over a year of injury problems and we can only speculate at this point why he was replaced by Abada at halftime.

Ange Postecoglou already has a mountain of injury problems after his win against Hearts on Thursday. Ralston, Welsh and Jota were all absent today after Thursdays win. More on the James Forrest substitution shortly.

With only minutes left of the game, Celtic are now 3-0 up after Liel Abada found substitute Liam Scales to score his first goal for the Hoops. Next up for Celtic is Betis at Paradise.
