CHRIS SUTTON has used his Daily Record column to heap high praise on Ryan Christie and the potential season in front of him.

One player he isn’t impressed with, however, is Olivier Ntcham.

The Englishman did not mince his words when it came to what he thought of the Frenchman and he believes Olivier’s time at Celtic Park looks over.

Sutton thinks Celtic have got a very active front three and believes the player is too slow and predictable in a Celtic jersey.

“Olivier Ntcham looks as though his race is run at Parkhead and on the occasions he has also been pushed into a more offensive position it again became a little bit too slow and predictable.

“The Frenchman has ability. But he doesn’t do things rapid and off the cuff.”

Celtic haven’t had a decision to make on Oli’s future yet. While it seems like the player wants out of the club, there have been no bids for the player.

Ntcham came on during the second half of the Kalju game and looked ok on his return to action. You have to believe if Celtic get a sizeable offer they would look to sell and reinvest in the squad.
