CELTIC travel to the capital tonight as the Hoops look to pick up another three points.

The Bhoys are looking to make it three wins in three after the winter break, already seeing off Hibs and Alloa. Entering a tough spell of games, three points are essential if Postecoglou’s side has serious ambitions of winning the title.

Celtic have a depleted squad, a mix of injuries and international call-ups leave Postecoglou with a make-shift midfield trio. With exciting and early January incomings, this isn’t too alarming.

Postecoglou will stick with his usual systems and name the following players to take on Hearts.

  • Joe Hart
  • Josip Juranovic
  • Cameron Carter-Vickers
  • Carl Starfelt
  • Greg Taylor
  • Nir Bitton
  • Reo Hatate
  • Matt O’Riley
  • Liel Abada
  • Giorgos Giakoumakis
  • Jota

The only position up for debate in defence is the one currently occupied by Taylor. Scales was great against Alloa, but Postecoglou clearly prefers the Scottish international.

Jullien won’t start this match, although if Celtic are comfortable in the game, the Frenchman ould make his long-awaited return.

The midfield trio includes a debut for new bhoy, Matt O’Riley, and a second start for January signing, Reo Hatate.

With the attack welcoming back Jota, who has appeared from the bench in the last two games.

Giakoumakis is looking to add to his goal tally and Liel Abada is on great form, with three goals in his last three games.
