Going into the final two matches before the World Cup it is expected that Ange Postecoglou will make alterations to his Celtic team once again.

Both sides have already met twice this season in both the SPFL Premiership and League Cup with the Hoops being victorious on both occasions.

After defeat in the Santiago Bernabeu, Postecoglou made a total of seven changes to the team which played in Madrid for the clash against Dundee United at Celtic Park.

It is likely that the Hoops boss will once again rotate the side like he has done so in previous week to cope with the volume of fixtures.

One position which tends not to alter unless it’s the cup is between the sticks with Joe Hart having started every league tie so far this season.

The central defensive pairing of Cameron Carter-Vickers and Moritz Jenz is likely to stay although the fullbacks could once again be rotated with potential for Josip Juranovic and Greg Taylor to come back into the starting 11.

Matt O’Riley along with Reo Hatate have been mainstays in midfield and although David Turnbull was given a start at the weekend he could make way for Aaron Mooy who recently was called up for Australia’s World Cup squad.

Up top is where there is likely to be further alterations. With two late goals on Saturday from Kyogo and Abada they will likely come into the side with it possible that Jota keeps his place.
