As someone who has accidentally booked his Wedding on a Scottish Cup Final, I know things can happen and certain things can be overlooked when planning to the future.

That’s why I spent the last hour before my nuptials in a bar in Vegas praying for a late Celtic goal (Thank You Tom Rogic!) but that’s a story for another day.

Celtic announced they will have a meeting to determine the next move for fans if the bhoys land an incredible treble treble.

This was after it came to light yesterday that the Celtic board with Peter Lawwell’s approval booked out Celtic Park on the day of the Scottish Cup Final to the Guinness PRO 14s final. A massive oversight you would imagine considering the scenes we were treated to last year at a double treble.

The club laid on a bus and the Celtic fans came in their thousands to watch their heroes bring all three trophies back to Celtic Park.

However, if Celtic do manage to beat Hearts on May 25th we have a party without a location and it’s pretty reprehensible that this has happened. I’m sure the club will think of something but it’s crazy to think a decision was made with full knowledge of the Scottish Cup Final.

Why did they have full knowledge of the date? Because the SFA told us well before they made the booking.

It would appear as if someone at the club has given a shrug of the shoulders to the Scottish Cup final and not banked on us going for a treble treble.

It was the end of July when the announcement was made about the final being held at Celtic Park. However, a quick look at the Scottish FA site, who yours truly also checks every summer, the dates for this years Scottish Cup games were in black and white from early July.

This is a crazy problem to have where the club has taken money and perhaps some prestige for hosting the final at the expense of fans.

This all becomes a silly argument if we don’t win the cup but to have a scenario where we all can’t congregate at Celtic Park after a famous win like this is also mental.

They will probably have something on the Sunday afternoon at the ground should we win.
