THE FINAL Glasgow Derby of the season will take place on Sunday, with Celtic hosting the match.

Heading into the game, Celtic will want to seek revenge after the Hampden defeat, and the Rangers will want to stop the gap at the top from increasing.

Celtic have had a whole week in training before the match, whereas the Ibrox side has travelled to Germany to play their Europa League Semi-Final tie. They sat deep and soaked up the pressure, limiting Leipzig’s chances. The German team are taking a one-goal advantage to Ibrox with them.

Although, Anthony Ralston is insistent that this isn’t distracting him, revealing at Friday’s press conference; [Celtic TV]

“It is a derby game and they are crazy. In these games, there are things that happen and we are aware of that. We all have experienced it through the course of this season and we know it is a game that both sides want to win but we take all the craziness out of it and we focus on ourselves as a team, we focus on our football and we don’t let the noise of it all get involved. We focus on ourselves and we focus on the three points and go out and play our football.”

The Scottish internationalist will likely start the derby, with Juranovic sidelined with an injury he picked up at Hampden.

It’s been a breakthrough season for the player. He was deemed not good enough, but the arrival of Ange Postecoglou reignited his career. He’s set to make his 45th appearance of the season across all competitions.
